A short note - Before we built our tools, we brainstormed for months on all the details involved in creating an online wedding event planner. Once we had this list, we created tools to track the details involved in wedding party planning, which include a budget planner, guest list planner, task calendar, vendor manager, events planners (including engagement, pre-wedding, ceremony, reception and honeymoon), worksheets and more. Then we integrated it all so that each tool works with all the others (for example, when you enter a payment date for your wedding dress into the Master Budget, it shows up the Task Calendar).
