My Wedding Workbook lets you enter a guest's (or family's) information just once; after that, you simply mark those events to which you would like to invite that guest. The guest's information will then automatically appear on the guest lists for each event he/she is invited to. You also have the option of entering a new guest on an event's guest list (say your engagement party), and their information will automatically be added to that event and the Master Guest List. It's that easy!
The Wedding Guest List Planner allows you to view all your guests in one place or by event; either way, you will never have to rewrite or re-enter guest information over and over (like you would have to do if you if you were using a paper wedding binder)!
